WHO QUALIFIES

To ensure a safe, respectful, and stable living environment for all residents, individuals must:

Be able to live independently in a co-living housing environment, with or without arranged support services

Be able to maintain personal hygiene independently and manage daily routines, or have coordinated in-home care support if needed

Respect shared living spaces and other residents

Follow house guidelines and community standards

Be able to function independently without the need for behavioral or clinical support services

HOW IT WORKS

Deposits are required to secure the placement, with move-ins scheduled accordingly unless it is an urgent placement.

Urgent and same-day placements may be available once all required documentation and deposit are received.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Required documentation includes valid identification, verifiable proof of income, and completed signed forms. All applicants must meet placement guidelines and, after approval, submit the required security deposit to hold the placement for residency.

PLACEMENT GUIDELINES

To ensure a safe and stable co-living housing environment, all placements are reviewed to confirm individuals are appropriate for the residence.

Must not require 24-hour or behavioral supervision, and must not pose a risk of harm or endangerment to self or others
